Terms of Service

By accessing or using VendorWize, you agree to these terms and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service. These terms apply to the current web application and its installed progressive-web-app experience.

VendorWize provides a sourced directory of North Carolina events and published vendor opportunities, event intelligence, saved-event planning, private participation history, reminders, calendar tools, and event or organizer reviews and questions.

Listings may be incomplete, change after publication, or become unavailable. Source status and “unknown” fields are part of the service, not guarantees. Verify material details with the organizer’s official source before committing time, travel, inventory, or money.

VendorWize does not broker applications or process payments. When a listing includes an official application or contact link, you leave VendorWize and deal directly with the organizer. VendorWize does not take a booth-fee cut, hold funds, assign booths, or become a party to that relationship.

Organizers, venues, ticket providers, calendar providers, and linked websites are independent. Their eligibility rules, contracts, fees, refunds, cancellations, privacy terms, and decisions are their own.

Signed-in features use email-and-password or Google sign-in through Firebase Authentication. You are responsible for keeping your sign-in credentials, linked provider account, and signed-in session secure and for activity performed through your VendorWize account.

Saved events, participation answers, reminder settings, and calendar-feed URLs reflect your own planning. Do not share a calendar-feed URL unless you intend to share access to that feed. Reminders and calendar exports are conveniences and may be delayed, suppressed, or unavailable; they are not a substitute for checking an organizer’s deadline or schedule.

You are responsible for events, profiles, reviews, questions, answers, flags, and other content you submit. You authorize VendorWize to store, reproduce, display, and moderate that content as needed to operate the feature you selected.

• Do not submit information you know is false, misleading, unlawful, infringing, or unsafe.
• Do not impersonate an organizer, vendor, venue, or another person.
• Do not manipulate reviews, abuse reports, helpfulness signals, or access controls.
• Do not probe, disrupt, scrape in violation of access controls, or attempt to use another person’s private planning data.

VendorWize may hold, hide, annotate, or remove contributions and may suspend access when reasonably needed to protect people, catalog integrity, or the service. A “vendor account” label is not proof that a reviewer attended an event.

The service is provided on an “as available” basis. VendorWize works to preserve provenance and freshness but does not promise that every listing, fee, deadline, review, notification, map result, or external link is complete, current, or suitable for a particular business decision.

VendorWize does not provide legal, tax, financial, safety, or professional advice. You remain responsible for evaluating an event, organizer, agreement, payment destination, and business risk.

VendorWize may change or discontinue features and may revise these terms. A material revision will receive a new effective date on this page. Continued use after a revision takes effect means you accept the revised terms.
